► December 7 – 6:30 PM: Six Literal Days or Millions of Years?
What a difference a “day” makes! Join Dr. Kezele to explore the meaning of “day” in Genesis, considering Scripture, science, and the foundation of the Christian faith. This issue often pits Christian against Christian – come get a grounding and help the church unite again.
► December 14 – 6:30 PM: Volcanism in Arizona from a Biblical Perspective.
Volcanoes in Arizona? Yes, indeed: more than 30% of Arizona’s land surface shows volcanic features. Scientific evidence suggests Arizona topped the volcanic activity charts in the past – but was that hundreds of millions of years ago, or perhaps within the 6,500 years of Biblical history? Jim Clarke, Resident Geologist, drills deep into this question and unearths some fascinating insights.
► December 21 – 6:30 PM: The Future of Mankind. From the author of God or Dirt?, Sal Giardina, comes a sober briefing that tramples political correctness to expose the future that secularist science predicts. Contrast the established evolutionary worldview with the 6,000 year Biblical time line, progressing through the effect of the Genesis Flood, the current state of the human genome and intervention by Jesus Christ. ► January 11 – 6:30 PM – Cave Creek. Fossils and Noah’s Flood. Is the Noah story a myth, a fable, or a historical fact? Dr. Kezele delivers evidence supporting a world-wide flood as depicted in the Bible.
► January 14 – 9:00 AM – 12:30 – Prescott Winter Seminar. Three amazing presentations, available via AzOSA:
(1) God Saw That the Light Was Good. Based on recent peer-reviewed publications, this presentation illuminates the fascinating facts about firefly tissues that emit light. Mark Armitage, the presenter, also showcases the Scanning and Transmission electron microscope work performed at his microscope laboratory that reveals amazing structures of the tiniest biological entities.
(2) The Perfectly Providing Placenta. When you see the progression from human embryo to the development and dyanically-adjusting operations of the placenta, you will never take pregnancy and birth for granted again. Dr. Kezele shows conclusively why the mammalian system of reproduction had to have been created.
