New Radio Outlets in Arizona Feature Creation Science Programs

A new Christian voice began airing in January 2019 during the daylight hours in Phoenix and 24-hours daily in Tucson, carrying creation science programs regularly. Two stations, KVCP, 88.3 FM (Phoenix) and KVCC, 88.5 FM (Tucson), are part of the Milwaukee-based VCY America network of 53 stations, which “seeks to advance the gospel through every legitimate means.”
The wide variety of Bible-based presentations, along with the long-running radio drama, Unshackled, the full Salem Radio Network News feed, and venerable Christian music, is punctuated with creation science features. Monday through Friday, there are:
Creation Moments: 5:07 a.m. & 8:55 a.m.
Genesis Science Minute: 9:26 a.m.
Answers with Ken Ham: 4:12 p.m.
On Saturdays at 1 p.m. is the longer format feature, Science, Scripture and Salvation.
VCY is the acronym for Voice of Christian Youth, with its origins in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, continues as a traditional non-profit evangelical Christian ministry, without broadcast outlets throughout the Midwest, and into Texas and the Southwest. The creation science features are professionally produced by organizations such as Institute for Creation Research (ICR) and Answers in Genesis (AIG).

Arizona Welcomes Dr. Chris Williams for February Events
BIO: Dr. Williams spent ten years developing and implementing laboratory software for the analysis of mass spectrometry data to detect genetic diseases in newborn children. His software has been used in numerous state and national newborn screening laboratories around the world to help screen millions of babies for these diseases. He is currently a full-time laboratory software consultant working in the area of cancer-related testing and treatment recommendations.
Dr. Williams has also invented a unique method for making safer, measurably less radioactive foods for mothers and children. These new types of food could prevent billions of genetic damage events that would normally occur over a person’s lifetime, particularly in critical brain and heart cells. Preventing this genetic damage could lead to reduced risks of cancer and birth defects, and may even slow the aging process. He has been awarded two U.S. patents and has founded a company to further develop and promote this technology

Even if you accept the Big Bang theory of the origin of the universe, you find that evolution has no explanation for the numerous arbitrary fundamental constants that define the physics and chemistry that make galaxies, planets, and life possible. These fundamental constants, which define the mass and charge of basic particles (such as protons and electrons), gravitational and electromagnetic forces, and much more, do not show any evidence of having evolved, but rather point to an intelligent “manufacturer” of our universe. He has published over 25 articles on Creation vs. Evolution, authored two biology-life science books, discovered a dinosaur at the Paluxy River, TX, and teaches creation science.

This presentation looks at various animals and the instincts that drive their peculiar behaviors. Since these behaviors are not taught by the parents then the ability to perform them had to be “programmed” into the creatures before birth. Any and all evolutionary scenarios attempting to describe complex instincts fall completely short due to the observable evidence that information can only come from prior information, not randomness, which all points to a Creator Who designed organisms to “be fruitful and multiply and fill the earth” which compels us to give praise to Him!

BIO: Michael Calcagno serves as the VP of the Gila Division of the Arizona Origin Science Association in Payson, AZ. He has a BS degree in Elementary Education from Portland State University and speaks regularly on creation and Biblical apologetics.
