The Geology of Kartchner Caverns and the Whetstone Mountains

July 25, 2017 @ 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Kartchner Caverns is one of Arizona’s geologic wonders. Secular geologists have concluded through evaluation of index fossils that the limestone rocks in which Kartchner Caverns has formed were deposited hundreds of millions of years ago and radioisotope dating has indicated that the cave started forming more than 70,000 years ago. However, actual observation at Kartchner Caverns and at other caves show that cave formations such as stalactites and stalagmites do indeed grow rapidly and within the Biblical framework of less than 4,000 years. This talk shows that the Biblical Record of Noah’s Flood provides the best explanation for the formation of Kartchner Caverns and other caves.
