Summary:
Fairly often secular scientists discover things that are very confusing to them and hard to make sense of, particularly given their naturalistic worldview. However, the Bible explains very well what was so perplexing to the secularist and these discoveries fit very naturally within the Christian worldview. Far from being an outdated, unscientific, antiquated religious book, the Bible serves as a tremendous framework we can use to make sense of the world around us.
Presenter: Jay Seegert
Jay Seegert is the Keynote Speaker and Managing Director for The Starting Point Project (TheStartingPointProject.com). He is an international speaker and author with degrees in both Physics and Engineering Technology from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater & John Brown University, respectively. Jay serves on the Board of Directors for Logos Research Associates and was an adjunct speaker for Creation Ministries International. He has been married to his wife Amy for 29 years, they live in Wisconsin and they have two married children, a son Taylor and daughter Tori.
