Joe is an aerospace engineer with 35 years of experience in the defense industry and is currently employed by Raytheon Company’s Missile Systems in Tucson, AZ. He is currently a Principal Engineering Fellow within the Systems Design & Performance Directorate.
Joe is also one of the key founders of the Pima Chapter of the Arizona Origin Science Association (AzOSA) which had its first public outreach meeting in Jan 2003. He served for 3 years as its Program Coordinator.
