Summary:
I made Jesus Lord in 1989 and began street witnessing. For 27 years, I p[lanted a lot of seeds, but could not point to one instance where someone prayed to be forgiven and make Jesus Lord. I learned some tips that changed everything – in the past two years, over 2,000 people have prayed with me to make Jesus Lord. I would love to share these with you.

Bill has been a Mechanical Engineer for 37 years, doing design work for the Navy, including design work on Nuclear Submarines. His B.S. is from the University of Buffalo. He has had 45 public debates with atheists and evolutionists including many college professors.
