This presentation begins with fascinating features of the Sun, Moon, and solar eclipses and why these solar eclipses give us the opportunity to learn so much about our universe. We then explore interesting facts about the other planets and their moons and comets that demonstrate the solar system is young. The significance of spiral arms in the galaxies, earths position in the Milky Way and heavy elements in the “early”universe are also discussed.
