Icons and Baloney Detectors: Exposing Evolution’s Fraud

March 18, 2022 @ 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm

Speaker: Michael Calcagno

Summary: This presentation begins with a review of Jonathan Wells’ book Icons of Evolution, which exposes blatant falsehoods which are used in school textbooks to promote the false theory of evolution. This is followed by an examination of the ‘misuses of arguments’ and logical fallacies that must be employed to make evolution appear to have credibility but which can not stand up to careful scrutiny.

BIO: Michael Calcagno serves as the VP of the Navajo and Gila Divisions of the Arizona Origin Science Association. He has a BS degree With Honors in Elementary Education from Portland State University and speaks regularly on creation and Biblical apologetics.
