AzOSA Board Member Delivers Research
Findings At Evangel University
AzOSA Board member Larry Kisner will present a paper at the Faith & Science Conference, June 27-28, 2011, at Evangel University in Springfield, MO. The paper will discuss creation views espoused by Pentecostal churches based on selected data collected by AzOSA from approximately 60 churches as part of a larger original research study. Over a period of about two years, 2,000 churches were contacted and 400 churches responded to a questionnaire requesting the church’s views about the literal Genesis account of creation and about doctrines of sin and salvation. Larry’s paper reports the tallied responses and analysis for the Pentecostal churches involved. If arrangements can be made, Larry’s paper will be available for interested AzOSA members and others after the presentation date. Congratulations to Larry Kisner for the huge effort that may well influence churches’ doctrines nationwide!

New 60-minute AzOSA Video Empowers Every
Christian to Explain the Certainty of Special Creation
Looking for a dynamite topic for Sunday school or your small group study? Wanting to strengthen your personal presentation of scientific reasons to believe the Word of God? We have the duty to give reasons for our faith. And with AzOSA’s latest DVD entitled Energy and the Death of the Universe, we have a powerful new tool. Presented by Norm Crawford, a career engineer with an advanced degree in aerospace engineering, this new DVD performs two amazing feats: (1) discussing the scientific concepts of heat, energy and light in ways people can understand; and (2) weaving the undeniable scientific laws and facts into the tapestry of Bible truth. Watch this clear, smoothly-paced video with a small group, take a few notes, and discuss the key concepts – and you will never fear a skeptic’s “scientific” challenges to Creation again. Even more importantly, you will have strong, truly unshakeable facts to teach the young people in your life. When people know Christianity aligns with scientific fundamentals, that adds another reason for them to search for the Way to unite with our Creator. Get this DVD online, or at the next AzOSA meeting. Strengthen believers and attract new ones!
California Venues – AzOSA Goes West
Pleasanton, CA: Five Impossible Questions for an Evolutionist – Dr. Kezele takes his powerful presentation west on Sunday, June 26, 2011, at 9:30 a.m. at Valley Bible Church. The topic: Five Impossible Questions for an Evolutionist.
The five questions are: Where did matter and energy come from? Where did the first living cell come from? Where did the Cambrian explosion come from? Where did the dinosaurs come from? Where did information come from? Tell Californians in the East Bay or Stockton areas about Dr. Kezele’s presentation. This information can dramatically change the thinking of Christians and others who are questioning our faith because of the apparent triumph of secular “science” as a worldview.
Garden Grove, CA: Who Were the Apemen? – On Saturday, July 2, 2011, Dr. Kezele shakes the evolutionary tree to see whether humans descended from simians (apes, monkeys, bonobos). Examining the physical evidence of anatomy and fossils, and comparing Bible revelation about creation, Dr. Kezele debunks the “family tree” story of human origins. Tell Californians in Orange County and surrounding areas about this myth shattering event.

Why Your Membership and Work With
AzOSA Matters: The Rise of UFOlogy
“Many people wonder why we write about the UFO phenomenon. Isn’t it just a ‘side issue’? But in fact, it’s so important to oppose this particular belief, because ET belief is quickly becoming the world’s most scientifically acceptable false religion and a major stumbling block to Christianity. And although some of its adherents are serious followers, the reality is, that polls show that belief in UFOs is mainstream and held by the average ‘Joe’ in the street.” Thus write Gary Bates and Lita Cosner in their May 12 article, UFOlogy: the world’s fastest-growing ‘scientific’ religion? Bates and Cosner describe how belief in extraterrestrials has become a serious explanation for the origins of life that also guides predictions for the future. AzOSA’s job, working with other creation science organizations, now means battling not only the dinosaur Darwinian worldview but also the flash forward futuristic science fiction that leads people away from both real science and the true faith. Read this article, forward it, and bring your ideas to discuss with others at the next AzOSA meeting. Buy Gary Bates’ Book, Alien Intrusion, at the next AzOSA meeting to discover the roots and methods of this deceptive ideology. Support AzOSA’s mission of science education for eternal life!
