ANNOUNCEMENTS

• GEOLOGIC CREATION RESEARCH OPPORTUNITY: RARE OPPORTUNITY!  Want to spend a day exploring God's creation, learning about geology, and participating in creationist research?   Join us for a series of field trips in Southeastern Arizona to sample a variety granitic stocks for use in a radiohalo survey.   The trips will be a full day each, held on Saturdays, and will involve off-highway travel and some hiking – to be led by Creation Research Society and AzOSA geologists. All skill levels welcome. The first trip will be to the Santa Rita and Sierrita mountains south of Tucson.  Please contact Larry Kisner at 480-332-7152, or < biblicalphysics@gmail.com > to sign-up for the trip(s).   

• HOME SCHOOLING CONVENTION VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: The convention is Friday, July 15 and Saturday, July 16. For more information see the website < http://www.afhe.org/convention_details.html >.  Please sign up with Joe Sebeny at jsebeny@verizon.net .

• HAWAIIAN PRESENTATION: Jim Clarke gave a creation presentation on May 25^th to the Jr. High School group at Kumulani Chapel on Maui.The title of the talk was “Geologic Message of the Hawaiian Islands.”Approximately 20 youth and 4 adults, including the youth pastor, attended the presentation and really appreciated it. • BOOKKEEPER HELP WANTED – AzOSA Volunteer: Accountant/Bookkeeper needed to record incoming funds via cash, checks, credit cards in ledger; track inventory valuations for stores (EG. – DVDs, Books, Misc.); complete relevant tax forms/statements; cut checks to speakers for travel, honorariums and vendors for inventory purchases; record cash out in ledger.  Currently Quicken Home and Business software is used.

• Reviews on AzOSA DVDs: Terry Monday, a creation speaker and professional reviewer, has agreed to do reviews for these DVDs – THANK YOU Terry!

• PLACE July 16^th on your calendar – On February 20^th Allan Wade introduced the Universal Fossil Model:   A New Millennial Science (UM for short) to people who are new to it.  The location for the upcoming classes is 1220 North Spencer Street, Mesa, AZ 85203.  It is FREE but please RSVP to 480-654-9233.   The projected dates for the upcoming classes are listed below so you can put them on your calendar:  Apr 16, May 14, Jun 11, July 16, Aug 20, and Sep 17.  Oct 15^th is the Book Publishing Launch Date.  For more information contact Allan Wade at 480-654-9233.

  Creation Apologetics Teachers College August 1-6, 2016 Sponsored by Creation Training Initiative  and a generous supporter Scholarship includes full tuition ($540) plus roundtrip travel expenses to the course location.
